Treat yourself to a summer manicure!
Supplies

| Base coat/top coat, two colors that look good together, and one toothpick. |
The Dots
- Paint the base color like you would regularly (Optional, run around like a lunatic to dry your nails)
- Dip the toothpick into the nail polish, leaving excess on the tip.
- Keeping the toothpick perpendicular to your nail, dot the surface.
- Dot to your hearts content!
The Hearts (awww)
- Make a dot like you did previously, but as you are lifting up, pull down to form half of the heart.
- Mirror that shape to complete your heart.
Tips and Tricks
- Practice on a sheet of paper first before trying it on your nails. (Not that you would ever mess up or anything :D )
- If the dotted polish is still wet and you aren't satisfied with the created shape, you can use the clean side of the the toothpick to push the polish around a bit.
